Transpose chords
Type in a chord or chord progression and choose steps up or down to transpose the chord. Don't use lower caps letters!

General instructions
- Type in a chord, or a progression of chords, in the first field, C, Dm, Emaj7, F#7 etc. Obviously, it's not necessary to write extended chord names since only the chord note letter change in the transposition.
- Choose the numbers of steps up or down. Two steps equal one whole step.
- Click the "Transpose" button to see the chord transposed.
Instructions for changing keys
If you want to transpose from C major to D major, increase with 2 steps.
If you want to transpose from D major to E major, increase with 2 steps.
If you want to transpose from E major to F major, increase with 1 steps.
If you want to transpose from C major to G major, increase with 5 steps.
If you want to transpose from C major to Bb major, decrease with 2 steps.
